Using your phone, computer, and other technology to enhance your quilting is easier than you think! This introductory session will help you explore how digital design and electronic tools might fit into your quilting journey. This is an interactive night with door prizes, dessert, and lots of laughter.

This is a free event but you will need a ticket! Call to reserve your space!

GETTING STARTED WITH DIGITAL DESIGN

Saturday, February 23, 9-4 p.m.  $79
(Project kit and lunch provided)

Morning Session
Embrace your inner quilt artist while creating two custom projects for your sewing basket, a personalized zipper pouch and scissor keeper. Lots of inspiration and encouragement will help you open the door to digital design as you create your own professional works of sewing art.

Afternoon Session

How do you start incorporating design and stitch possibilities into your projects? How do you go from “knowing what’s out there,” to “digital diva?” We will explore tools and software for the beginning digital quilter, and demonstrate how to use tools you already own, like your phone and computer, to enable you to quilt with the power of digital design.
