Sew Much Love

What better way to celebrate our 10th anniversary than with a quilt challenge?  Our “Sew Much Love” quilt challenge begins November 18th and ends April 14th, 2018. If you have been avoiding entering quilt challenges because you think your skills aren’t “good enough”, then this is the challenge for you! There are no quilting judges, just open hearted customers and grateful kids. Join us for this project, maybe win something, and know that you will be part of brightening the life of a child in need. Our challenge has very few rules, only one category, and all quilts will be donated to Love, Inc. here in Nampa to aid children who have been removed from their homes.

To participate, purchase one of our prepared fabric packs for 17.99. These are loosely coordinated strips/yardage/fat quarters that total 3 yards. Use this pack as the basis for your quilt, combine with other fabrics, use them however you choose on the front, back, or binding.

Quilts must be complete, with quilting and binding, no smaller than 30”x40” and no larger than 50”x70”. Turn it in at the shop any time before the close of business on April 14, 2018. All quilts will be donated to Love, Inc. at the close of the shop hop and customer voting.

With each pack you purchase you will receive our official entry form. This form must accompany your quilt at the time you turn it in. With every finished quilt turned in you will receive a 40% coupon good for any size cut of batting by the yard. We will have all quilts on display during the spring shop hop in April 2018 and winners will be chosen by customer choice voting. Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd favorite quilts and will be gift certificates to Bluebird Quilt Studio.
